Hyundai Corporation Group, Concluded an MOU on Overseas Project Cooperation with TOPTECH·LEMON

Hyundai Corporation Group and TOPTECH·LEMON Co.,Ltd. concluded an MOU for cooperation on overseas projects, such as discovery(development) of overseas buyers for nano-membrane material products, which are in the limelight as cutting edge fabric, and securing of overseas production & sale corporations, etc. At the MOU concluding ceremony, which was conducted at the main conference room on the 16th floor of Hyundai Corporation Group Head Office on the morning of the 20th (Wed), related personnel such as vice chairman Kim, Wonkab, vice president Chang, Ahnseok of Hyundai Corporation Holdings, managing director Park jin, department head Kim, Sungyun of Hyundai C Square, and representative Lee, Jaehwan of TOPTEC as well as representative Kim, Hyo-kyu of LEMON, etc. were in attendance.

 

The diameter of Nano-membrane material is merely 1/500 of that of human hair, and its appearance, thickness and feel are similar to the white inner shell of an egg, being very light and thin. In addition, nano-membrane is a core material, of which the air permeability is as many as 22 times higher than that of the existing Gore Tex, of cutting edge industries as it is equipped with excellent air permeability and perfect water-proof capacity, and this material is getting a lot of attention as an eco-friendly one available for a variety of areas such as outdoor clothing, yellow dust mask, sanitary napkin, beauty mask pack, and artificial skin, etc.

 

The main contents of the MOU include ▲Discovery of overseas buyers for ‘AIR QUEEN’ products, to which nano-membrane material is applied, such as sanitary napkin and mask, etc., and implementation of global PR and marketing for this purpose ▲Project feasibility study such as market analysis for direct production and sale of LEMON products overseas, discovery of the proposed sites for manufacturing factories, and scale of equipment, etc. Further, both sides also agreed to do mutual cooperation on technologies related to production & sale and human resources along with project feasibility study required for entrance into overseas projects, and specifically, in case TOPTEC·LEMON enters overseas projects in relation to ‘AIR QUEEN’ products, Hyundai Corporation Group is due to be vested with the priority right to participate.
